When accessing the website, technically necessary data may be processed. This may include the IP address, time of request, requested page, browser information, operating system and other technical connection data.

Vercel Privacy NoticeWhen visiting this website, the hosting provider may automatically process technical information transmitted by your browser or device.
Kampfstube HUB allows users to submit a registration or application for the Kampfstube Premier League. The information entered into the registration form is processed for this purpose.
The information is used exclusively for organising, reviewing and conducting the Kampfstube Premier League and for necessary communication relating to the registration.
Google services are used for the technical processing and storage of submitted registration data, in particular Google Apps Script and Google Sheets.
The provider of the Google services used is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When using Google services, processing by other Google group companies and transfers to third countries may occur.
Processing is carried out for handling registrations and conducting the league. Depending on the specific relationship, processing is based in particular on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Google Privacy PolicyKampfstube Draft League participants can report match results directly through the HUB. Match-related information is processed for this purpose, in particular League, Matchweek, participating teams, result, Poképaste links or submitted Showdown team data, as well as the assigned Pokémon and KO counts.
The League access code is used only to verify permission when a result is submitted. It is checked server-side and is not stored as part of the match result in the RESULTS sheet or the Discord result post.
After successful validation, the result report is processed and stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script. The submitted match data may then be used to automatically create the intended result post in the Kampfstube Discord. The data is used to run the League, maintain standings and rankings, and document the Season.
Processing is carried out to conduct the competition and maintain a traceable result workflow. Depending on the specific relationship, processing is based in particular on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
To protect result reporting against automated or excessively frequent requests, the IP address is not stored in plain text by Kampfstube HUB. A hash is generated for technical rate limiting and stored in the existing Redis infrastructure for no more than 30 minutes.
If you contact us by email, the information you provide, including your contact details, will be processed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.
The legal basis depends on the content of your enquiry. Where the contact relates to pre-contractual measures or an existing contractual relationship, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, processing may be based on our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The contact form allows you to send enquiries directly to the Kampfstube team. We process the information you enter, in particular your name, selected category, subject, message and the contact details you voluntarily provide via Discord and/or email.
The information is used to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis depends on the content of your request and may in particular be Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
For internal handling, the request is transmitted through a server-side webhook to a non-public Kampfstube Discord channel. As a result, the information contained in the form may be processed by Discord. When using Discord, processing may take place in third countries, including the United States.
To protect the form against automated or excessively frequent requests, the request IP address is not stored in plain text by Kampfstube HUB. A hash is generated for technical rate limiting and stored in the existing Redis infrastructure for no more than 30 minutes.

A connection to the respective provider is generally only established when you click the corresponding link. From that point onward, the privacy policies of the respective external provider apply.

League registration data is deleted once it is no longer required for organising and conducting the relevant Season, unless legal or organisationally necessary reasons require further retention.
Match results, standings and ranking data may also be retained for a traceable competition history, Season archives and Hall of Fame displays, unless overriding interests or statutory deletion obligations require otherwise.
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have in particular the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise your rights, you may contact us at any time using the contact details provided above.
